Golden hourby puzzledComment by dahved: I like the glow around the kids' heads, and how the bunker shape is repeated by the treeline in the background. Nice shot! |

Listen to the windby puzzledComment by pcody: first impression: Serene. I like the pp and the dark corners.
Technicals: Good exposure and converted to bring out most of the texture.
Additional thoughts: I see how the clouds could be considered a major element to visualizing wind, but I also like this cropped to just above the tree line. The power of the picture is the imagined rustle sound made by the grass. Cropping makes the picture more intimate and forces the viewer to listen even more carefully to that imagined sound. |

Listen to the windby puzzledComment by UNTITLED: I know nothing about zen, but going with the challenge discription I'd say you nailed it. Very nice contrast and tonal qualitities. Well done! |

Golden hourby puzzledComment by GuGi: I really don't know what is going on with the voters. It is totally beyond me. 55th for this wonderful artwork. It sure should have been in the top ten. Sorry Amy, I'll just have to go and bang some virtual heads in. |

Listen to the windby puzzledComment by BrianR: Shot from a good angle to create a Zen feel, would liked to have seen the light reach the corners better IMO. 7 |

Listen to the windby puzzledComment by jah_luv: A very nice sense of quiet movement, forces unseen. A great use of minimal tone, keeping this a serene shot to the viewer's eye. I love the softness of the foreground. |
