The lighting here is excellent, nice and soft but pose wise I think this is a bit too flat... I find that when using a more traditional approach to portraits placing the model front on is not too flattering. Non the less very nice expression from the 2 models ;)

LOL!!!! I'm not entirely sure pink is your color, but I'm not an expert on these things. I think this would be an excellent shot to use with your resume. Definitely shows off your slightly quirky side, but with some subtlety. :-)

Lovely, just lovely, AlanInPink! Pink suits you, and it contrasts beautifully with the blue eyes, tie, and background (although a touch of rouge/lipstick to match the pink would have perfected it). And the gray hair makes it look so dignified!

I should get serious. As a self-portrait, I think this is quite good, and one of the best entries. It is a nice "traditional" presentation, yet it has funk, and shows (I think) quite a bit of your character. I really like it. (10)
