That lens is tempting and you give me another reason to think about it. Living in NYC I find I am always not quite wide enough and mostly with 135mm on a crop body long enough. I was toying with the idea of the 24-70mm but worried that it would not be long enough... and then toying with the idea of the 24-105mm and thinking about it being only f/4.... decisions decisions and oh so little $$. But your Thomas photo is a nice one to consider.
