Yes, I realize that it is yet one other facet of high contrast to the shot, but in this particular image, it doesn't work well for me. Everything about the building is great. |

Durham Cathedralby fredandaudComment by muur88: really like the shadow line you found and how your pic is very well balance between light and darker areas. also really like your choice for post-process. i only wish the cross better complimented the smaller tower, as it competes with and is very close to the larger one...perhaps that kind of angle wasn't possible |

Concert in the Parkby fredandaudComment by BobsterLobster: Overexposure lets this shot down badly. The composition is too cluttered, and the conductor is too near the edge of the frame to be an effective point of focus. They all look very bored. |
