Image is very dark, which would work with a bit of mist. The extreme heavy shadows take away from the architecture of the building. Still, it is a nice building to know about, which is one of things I am getting out of the challenge. Have you tried using something like a fog filter on your camera, just to see what kind of an effect you might get?

Gotta be more careful and spend more time on the blur, it´s very obviously done afterwards, particularly visible on top of his head. Rest of the shot I like.
