Congrats on your high score in a very high scoring challenge - this was indeed one of my favorites in this challenge. The blurred background works very well to highlight your subject, and the angle/perspective and detail in the train all contribute to this well-balanced, well-presented composition. Very nice work!

I'm glad this got such a wonderful score. Would have loved to see it on the front page, but you sure can't complain with a 6.757 score can you ? :) Great job.

Nice shot ! Like the bronze and golden engine contrast to the person!

This one is good and should place somewhere in the top 20. Nice DOF.

Gotta be more careful and spend more time on the blur, it´s very obviously done afterwards, particularly visible on top of his head. Rest of the shot I like.

The dof seems just to unnatural

Oh I love this one! One of my favorites! No. . .actually. . .it IS my favorite! I love the character and the look of a "master at his craft" on his face! Fantastic job!

The light on the subject is very nice and the out of focus background tells a little story. Also the golden tone on the subject, both the man and the train, is very nice.

well executed and fits the topic well but I find too much emphasis on the model and not enough on the man

I like this, the diagonal bright train in front. Your subject looks content and captivated in his hobby. There is a good amount of blur in the background to limit the messiness of it but still show it.

I don't know how this will vote but I am marking it highly. It has balance, great tones, interest and the expression on his face is perfect

very nice capture. good DOF. only nit-pick is i wish there was more crisp focus on the face, seems to be on the engine. but great job. 5.
