I truly likes how the yellow flowers are so bright and clean in front of that gloomy greyish sky in the back. And also, the way the light "rakes" (been picking up tips from your landscape tutorial) the petals of the flowers.
If there must be something negative that I gotta say, well... maybe just that grey outlines among the petals - my guess is a by product of the USM?
Great work!
UPDATE: the "grey outlines" among the petals are actually the result of the light - yes, they are shadows. I stand corrected! Message edited by author 2006-04-26 04:41:54. |

Seabirds at Dawnby Bear_MusicComment by dsidwell: Simple and effective. The two light lines--birds and clouds--work well together as a repetitive pattern, but also as contrasting textures. |
