Agree with Mariuca.. this is a true abstract however, the consistency and lack of contrast diminish the image's appeal. Even an abstract needs a focal point especially black & white where the lack of color makes it more difficult to create impact.

Surprised to see this not break the Top 10. FWIW I really enjoyed it and it was tied for 2nd place with my selections (gave it an 8). I love the color and the silhouette of the intriquing. Only nit, in hindsight after seeing it again now, is the foreground seems muttled and more brown than black. Nonetheless - well seen and captured.
