It certainly looks like you had some nasty wind that day. I like the overall dreariness brought out by the colors.

Love the piece of Cape Cod lore. This is a marvelous pic. Did you take it near one of the bridges in the lower cape? I passed by a bog going up there and would have loved to be able to get such a wonderful story shot, as this one is.

It seems over-sharpened to me. The tree seems to be the focus, but at the same time there doesn't seem to be a focus. The colors are beautiful, but I want to push my way through the trees to see the lake and far shore better. I think there's just too much going on for me. It makes me nervous. =)

Great. Often the morning sun is this warm. I find my dawn shots are very vivid here in Australia. The air in the Southern Hemisphere is usually extremely clean. Sometimes I even have to cut the saturation down to make it look real. So leave it as it is as the early risers will understand!

Cranberries grow on very low, spreading bushes. They are planted in bogs, which have dikes to control water flow. A little water is let in every now and then for irrigation, and then for harvesting they flood the bogs and the berries release and float to the surface.

Nice colours. I always thought cranberries grew on a bush or something like that.

Great colours. But, true, I had no idea how they harvested cranberries. I would have thought they grew on trees.
