I love your edit here. Do I detect a simplifier...either Topaz or Buzz? It has a really nice painted look that I can get out of combining Buzz & Topaz Detail in a low opacity soft light blend. Of course, you had some really sweet light to begin with ;)

Nice concept, and great colours.
Would be better if aligned with the floor below, unfortunately it shows on the picture. Also, the shadow from the door frame appears on the left lower corner.

The weathered textures & colours on this wall are delightfully diverse, and the shapes of the fishbobbers echo the curved bush as well. The square of the window that you can almost see into echoes the individual shingles of the siding which makes up the building. Masterfully done, a veritable used colours seafood inspired rainbow.
