Tall Ship's 2006 Regateby AranchaComment by Azrifel: Nice balance between the green and the blue.
What amazes me is the calmness on the water, only one boat. At the Sail Amsterdam 2005 it was crowded day and night on the water.
I recognize both these ships in front, the black-white one is the Amerigo Vespucci and the whiteblue one is the MIR I think,, altough it looks rather small to be MIR. Dunnow, just a guess about that one. Message edited by author 2006-07-28 17:47:31. |

Tall Ship's 2006 Regateby AranchaComment by talj: I like the composition and colours, I might be tempted to crop a little of the water and there seems to be a few 'black dots' (possibly sensor dust?) around the second boat but still a pleasing shot :o) |

I had an "oh man" moment when I saw that we tied and then that I had bumped you up on my vote the other day. LOL - I gave away my little star. But I wouldnt change it back even knowing what I know now. I thought yours was a great shot and well deserving of top ten (you should have been a bit higher personally). Great shot and congrats! |

May Fair Iby AranchaComment by UNTITLED: Very fascinating photograph. I'm looking at the upper portions trying to decide if that is from DOF or is an overlay. I'm thinking DOF. Regardless I'm digging this photo, particularly the people bokeh, it is very mesmarizing. Excellent! |
