I am a novice in this area but that is pretty cool. I like the silhouette AND the water drops. I am not too convinced I like them together in this light though. My eyes are struggling on which subject to focus on. It's like there are too many water drops. Still, there is something almost quiet about it. I Like it.

The composition and focus is not doing anything to help draw attention to your subject "shoes". First rule of photography is usually to do something that draws attention to your subject, iyou generally use out of focus to draw attention away from objects that you don't want noticed, so this ends up being a photo of "steps".
