Plodding along nicelyby LevTComment by Quasimojo: Lovely shot - I really like the b&w/duotone conversion you've done on this because it really brings out the various tones. The DoF is great, pushing out the background enough to keep focus on the tricycle - and your subject has an interesting look on his sharp face. Nice. |

Plodding along nicelyby LevTComment by JulietNN: I actually had to study this photograph quite hard to get it. First several times I saw it, i thought it was a homeless man, pushing his belongings. This may help understand if there is some confusion on this shot.
I belive that this chap is a street vendor who cooks. I belive those are tortillas and cornhusks on his wagon. The over all shot is technically great. Everything that should be in focus is, crisp and clean shot. |

Multivisionby LevTComment by LevT: Thank you guys so much! I did not expect it to fare well, but I thought it was one of my best in 2007, so I decided for once not to pander to the voters and go with my own taste. Your comments are more important to me than the score. |

Multivisionby LevTComment by krnodil: Loved this from the first moment I saw it - it has narrative and depth. Including anything of the window frame itself would have harmed the impact, I think - would have broken the illusion, in a sense. |
