I like this shot a lot. The composition, color, texture and light are well done and make this photograph beautiful ... beyond the tech details what captures my interest in this photo are the people and why they are there .. who are the people with their backs turned towards us? Is the guy in the uniform some kind of security. Then the sign, what does it say, or mean? And who's bike is that? I look at all these things in this image and wonder.. to me this makes a good photo, this sense of wonder.. well done .. bumping this up.

As interesting as the bike is, I don't feel it adds to this shot. I tried a square crop and if you cloned out the little bit of wheel left after the crop, I think it works a little better as you then concentrate your attention on the people and aren't pulled off to the right looking at the bike. Really nice capture with interesting subjects.
