Stricktly speeking, there is empty space around the subject so does not meet challenge....but I will not be too harsh on that because of the creative approach.

This is just a wow picture - regardless of wether it was inspired bei Irving Penn or not.
But since it was (Willem has a special eye for the connections) it is even more impressive.
