Thank you! I used Silver Efex Pro Photoshop plug-in to convert to B&W and add strong toning. It has separate color and strength controls for darker (silver) and lighter (paper) tones.

Thank you, I will try that. Not sure but it seems different in separating the two tones from regular photoshop duotone, probably because the traditional (photoshop) toning is simulating a printing process with two tones on white paper?
