my own little sun - take 2by LevTComment by citymars: I agree with Penny and Deb (and yourself) on this as a fave, and I think I prefer that the balloon does NOT cover the sun, thereby avoiding a possible cliche. However, you must steel yourself for those comments that think it is an error! :-D |

my own little sun - take 2by LevTComment by Melethia: I prefer this one for the same reason you do - it has more life, more flow, more movement. Even reminds me a bit of a much younger Aidan (Tim's boy). I also quite like the subdued color - rich and warm without being overdone. |

my own little sun - take 2by LevTComment by PennyStreet: Oh I really really like this one!!! The composition of the sihouette with all the light behind him (especially including the light shining through the balloon) is perfect! And I like the gold and blue and the way they reflect onto the sand.

Spring is in the airby LevTComment by PennyStreet: I was in Portland last summer but when we went to Canon Beach it was raining cats and dogs!!! Even in the bad weather we got some great shots and a fabulous lunch!
You did a really nice job capturing the feel of the place (silhouettes and all) with a perfect exposure. |
