Classic. Shorebirds in silhouette at ocean's edge. And so beautifully attained. The bokeh is stunning. This is a silly question but, is it black and white? It feels like there's a whisper of blue around the circular bokeh, and some pink.

i am getting a feeling of doom and obviously gloom looking at this photo ..
its a wonderful image for the challenge and a real statement ..
the sun trying to break thru the smog adds another dimension ..
many congratulations on the ribbon .. :)

it really satisfies the challenge to perfection .. maybe they just didnt like the news .. !! .. ;)

A real news event photographed beautifully. It's structured in such a way as to suggest a phalanx of massive buildings opposing nature. And, no way. The palette is perfect, somber, drab even. The receding immense spread is superb.
