Yes. This feels exactly like a "Parr moment" in progress. The intersecting stories, the sense of bizarre ordinariness of what's happening in the frame, the seemingly obliviousness of the subjects to the camera--it's all here. Even the slight tilt, making it feel more candid than composed. I'm no Parr connoisseur, but from what I've seen of his work, this seems to "get" his aesthetic quite well and is one of my top picks this challenge.

Yeah, my bad that I entered a blurry image, sorry about that! In the haste of travel and without a computer I edited it on my iPad and hadn't noticed the lack of sharpness until it was pointed out to me in comments. Now back home I found several outtakes that were perfectly sharp, like this one, for example

One of my top picks. I'm befuddled by the outlier 2 vote, which seems to be the only thing keeping this from being the real Blue here. I found this to be an original and compelling take on the challenge. Congrats!
