Seems to have some processing on it that I don't quite like. I can't tell if it's USM or a filter. I like the lace drapes, but the flowers in the back are just too finely detailed to make an eye pleasing subject. 5

The pose is good, pretty natural looking. The two different skin tones between the hand and the face are a bit distracting. I see you didn't use studio flash here but I would have still tried to go for a much higher shutter speed to avoid the slight blur in the image.
