When I was stationed at Edwards AFB many moons ago, we'd take our lawnchairs and go sit out in the middle of the desert in mid August to watch this. Not much light polution there, and just a darn pleasant environment. This brings back those memories. |

Santa Monica Pier at Sunsetby TelehubbieComment by MelonMusketeer: This is a grand image. It has all the best elements for a sunset. The sky has some blue for contrast, there is water with the orange reflected, and the smooth water reflection in the edge of the water. It has the sand beach, the pier, and a bonus Ferris Wheel. Very pleasing to see. |
