 This cat was running around during a shoot in a parking garage. Poor thing. I always feel sorry when I see dogs or cats with these collars on, but that subsides and then I feel guilty for finding it somewhat humorous looking.

Thank you! It was a large apartment building garage, so probably somebody's pet upstairs.
