Is this done with infrared? It's a crazy effect, and used interestingly here. I would have liked to have seen a tighter crop i think, therefore putting more emphasize on the watch, but otherwise a good shot, very techniquealy (spelling oops) well done!

Nice shot. I like the open foreground and the sense of space between the main subject and the kids playing. I think it might help to crop a bit more from the top, right about at the bottom of the deck railing. That would eliminate some of the busy detail in the background.
