I’m in Northern Ireland, not the Republic of Ireland. I’m still part of the U.K. the cop cars are mostly the same here other than the armoured land rovers...

All I could see about Paul's location is "UK" so yeah, British. Be thankful they're not American or they may have shot up the house on a wrong address, no-knock warrant before they even noticed Godzilla. :P
