Beautiful. Gotta love the innocence and generosity of young children. We're forever getting "flowers" from the younger kids, be they weeds or plucked from someones well manicured garden... perhaps it's our insistence they they not pick from peoples gardens that sees them stop picking flowers for us when they get a little older :(

Enjoy such simple pleasures while they last.

Ha! I was gonna guess a blue popsicle. The colors are only there to dye the tongues, you know. My sis-in-law discovered colorless popsicles - still have the flavors but not the added colors - easier on clothes but a whole lot less fun as far as changing the color of one's tongue.

With the juxtaposition of flower and his left eye, this could have the title of "Eye for beauty". The universal gesture of sharing something nice is enhanced by the use of formal symmetry.

Excellent control of lights, a little cliche composition with the exactness to the rule of thirds. It has a nice grain quality, I also like the square crop, it allows for the most amount of information to be absorbed by the viewer.
