Reilly McBagpipeby Art RoflmaoComment by BobsterLobster: Interesting shot, triangular white shape behind foreground bagpipist leads the eye to this performer. Totally ruined by beater of the background drummer obsuring her eye/face. Not a fan of the blur which looks like it's been added in PP. |

Caught Sweepingby Art RoflmaoComment by TooCool: Great concept. The lighting leaves a little to be desired though. The skin tones of the hand don't quite look right and the cut out kid doesn't match the rest of the shot. Shoot this indoors where you have more controll over the light and you could really make this pop!

Caught Sweepingby Art RoflmaoComment by Tammer: Now we know what really happened to "Mike Tevee" from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (just kidding). I like the idea and the setup. The boy seems a little bit flat, but I still like the illusion. Well done. |

Caught Sweepingby Art RoflmaoComment by tate: This is a superb idea ... but I can't see how this is possible without moving or copying major parts of image/s ... Further - the boy does look as if he was dropped-in using Photoshop -yes? .. Oh my God!... am i a crazy fool? ... Turns out that this was a great, simple technique - I wasn't letting my mind leave the box! I do think a Photoshop expect could have made the boy/hand connection more real in post-process - but great ideas! Message edited by author 2005-08-15 07:41:39. |
