In looking at my disappointing scores for the recent challenge (Reflection Without Mirrors), it makes me wonder if people really looked at my photograph at all. Clearly I could not have used a mirror in my photograph. One apple has a huge bite out of it while the other one does not. I received many DNMC's. This experience has had the positive effect of motiviating me to be a better reviewer- taking time to actually study a picture before I assign a score. But I wonder if other members have had the same frustrating experience.

let's see, you put a mirror in the shot and your non-mirror reflections are tiny and subtle. You get my "non-DPC 7".

Hmmm, I guess you already know that this lookslike a mirror. DNMC IMO.

Clever idea and nice job making the frame look like a mirror. Has anyone given you a DNMC yet? I am sure a few will say, No Mirrors etc.. Hopefully the majority will see it correctly. Good Luck with this.

DNMC. Certainly looks like a mirror is used in this shot. Nice image though.

From the challenge description: Creatively photograph a reflecting surface that is not a mirror while keeping your camera out of the shot

Sorry. DNMC
