Birds of A Feather....by jrjrComment by SaraR: Very nicely done! I have tried shots like this before, and never achieved what I had aimed for - you have given me the inspiration to try again. |

Birds of A Feather....by jrjrComment by Jaker: What an amazing shot! i love that you absolutely filled the frame with action to the point that it's almost an abstract. I'm not sure how the voters will feel about the the spot of color, and to be honest I would really like to see this shot in all B&W. Still, my highest score so far, and definitely a fav! Great job! |

Birds of A Feather....by jrjrComment by hotpasta: I like the busyness of this...you can almost hear the noise...I like your selective desat, but I would have chosen another bird and used the rule of thirds for that choice, otherwise I like it 7 |

The Sky Is Fallingby jrjrComment by Lydia: One of my top three picks. The composition and colors are beautiful. I wish those two little stalks had been plucked before the photo was taken. Would make this a ten instead of a nine.
I get lost in this image... Beautiful.
P.S. Looks like a bit of lens dust right near the center left... |

The Sky Is Fallingby jrjrComment by Mark-A: Quite interesting, I have been comment on the fact that a lot of images are not upside down but are pure rotations / flips, initially I thought this is not really upside down either but there is the reflection of the plant (albeit a bit dark) but the sky is reflected too and I guess upside down. Very dramatic sky it is too.
Probably would have scored about 6 or maybe 7
