This is a dramatic shot, but I personally feel it lacks something. The flames look great, but it's difficult to work out where the subject ends and the background begins. Perhaps some form of fill lighting on the subject would have enhanced the image. Sorry to sound so negativeâ€Â¦ Good luckâ€Â¦

Whoa! Fire! Hope you didn't get burned doing this. I like the fire and the idea. The potato, however, doesn't look much like a potato now. It's actually rather unrecognizable without the title. I'm not sure what's in the bg, but it's a little distracting and I'd like more lighting in the fg to show the subject better (if it wouldnt detract from the fire too much). All in all, I like it but since the potato is supp to be the subject I think it should be more readily recognizable and stand out more. ~indigo997
