Great image with excellent lighting. I think it might look a bit better with the table edge cropped out, leaving the ashtray at the bottom of the image, but that's just a nitpick of a really nice shot.

I like this composition except for the little bit of wall on the extreme lower left. Its small enough not to be important ot the photo, but large enogh to be distracting. Have you tried to crop it out? That might move this photo up one full point from me. I do think the black and white are most appropriate, and the sky adds a degree of interest. Nice job overall.
