Apollo Rising by Keith ManiacComment by debbybris: Congrats on the ribbon. It is a great shot, however I do like your outtake better too. The bird behind and the pose seems to be more appealling to the eye.well done though, you still entered a beautiful shot. |

Young Icarusby Keith ManiacComment by Artyste: The colors are much richer in this one.. the pose is very dynamic, and I can even forgive the lens flare :) Fantastic. You really directed your model well too. |

Apollo Rising by Keith ManiacComment by Artyste: I like your outtake a lot better, personally, although this is a rather stunning shot. The one thing that keeps getting me is what she is standing on. The big black chunk really just doesn't do this shot justice, but I understand one has to work with what one has. |

Apollo Rising by Keith ManiacComment by jpochard: I think your model makes this shot work so well. It's my favorite of the challenge. Her athletic, petite figure and the stance taken here is very androgenous, which I think gives it more of a "power of the gods" sort of mood. I love the golden tones, the slight haloing of light around the model, and the simplicity of the shot. Congratulations on a great shot! |
