No flash, I used a flashlight throughout a 57 second exposure and it was nearly dark outside. I'd say I met the challenge better than most because I used a "non-stationary light source" to "illuminate my subject." Most people made the non-stationary light their subject.

Not quite sure that I would classify this a a 'pure' candid...Did the clobe twirler know you were there? Assuming for marking purposes that the answer was no. Certainly like the motion blur effect but possibly would have preferred to see it slightly more centred
