Aftermath of a Moveby novaComment by jagar: No idea of your whereabouts but there's nothing more stressful than a move, the rocking chair looks inviting. |

Aftermath of a Moveby novaComment by nova: Thank you hajeka. The former owner of the home we purchased was a widower of 94, and he kept a lovely lawn and garden, which includes live oak trees and azaleas, crepe myrtles, and a thick carpet of bermuda grass. (edit): ...oh, and also an active colony of nesting purple martins, which I am thrilled to have and enjoy. THey're a first for me! Message edited by author 2012-05-20 08:30:29. |

Stairway to Heavenby novaComment by NikonJeb: I'm with Derek. I think I might have squared the railing Brenda's nearest to the side of the frame, and tried to get the walk to go off in a diagonal. |

Stairway to Heavenby novaComment by spiritualspatula: No worries on the commenting :)
I'd like to see the stairs/rails playing more of a primary role in this. As it is, they're present but somewhat subjugated. By getting closer the stairs as an element would be greatly strengthened, and since the background isn't necessarily appealing, I think the shot would benefit from this. |
