I see you've gotten the dictionary out and are trying to be creative, so I'll reward you! And I like the idea of this shot. I wonder if there was a way to really capture the "gently flowing" aspects of this cloth. Softer light? softer focus? Point of view from underneath? Closer crop? I'm not sure, but the "gently flowing": isn't selling itself here IMO.

It's kind of subtle, but I can see a few of those prongs in movement. Perhaps a perspective closer to the prongs and lower would help us see their movement even more.

Inasmuch as silk starts out a liquid and this looks like it could be silk I'm afraid I don't really consider this terribly on topic; ice cubes start out a liquid too, after all. The flag is pretty, but the background doesn't do much to highlight it.
