Not enough lit; hard to see what it is (earrings?) and details. Good composition, placing the earrings the way you did is more dynamic. I suspect you placed the earrings on a glass or mirror, which creates a double reflection that is not attractive.

Cool composition. I like how the eye is looking slightly up, towards the open space created in the upper right of the image. Meets the challenge. Good focus on the eye, good contrast. The border is the weakest part IMO. It's a little too wide maybe, and the grey line blends into the person's nose because it's the same shade of grey. Still a great image.

The image quality in this shot is fabulous. I love that I can see strands of hair. I also love the positioning of this shot...it just seems to capture something that I can't quite put my finger on....some kind of expectancy perhaps. Very enjoyable :-)
