Hanging Outby JackoComment by blemt: I never noticed the colors on a ladybug before this. You think that they are just black and red. The gold color comes as a surprise. I love the visual contrast between the hard shell of the bug and the soft petals of the flower. One of the many shots in this challenge that I just sit back and look at for a good bit. 10 |

Strobe Freakby JackoComment by mbardeen: I thought this may have been yours Jacko! I remember your shot from Impressionism, much the same idea. I bet you were seeing spots for days after shooting this! |

Strobe Freakby JackoComment by Sailingduck: I'm not typically a fan of these shots, but something here is unique. Maybe it's the border, or reasonably good focus along the series of faces. Good job on this one. |

Strobe Freakby JackoComment by Neil: Reminds me of a horror flick. Not something I'd hang on my wall, but the effect is cool. Nice work. |

Dreamyby JackoComment by Janice: Love the mood of the pic. Samuel looks as though he has entered another world for a while. Jan |

Strobe Freakby JackoComment by GoldBerry: Cool, but flat. The effect is very cool and you can see a lot of detail, but the flat lighting makes the whole image that much drabber. |

A very interesting effect. On future efforts I recommend painting the eyelashes real black. Adding black to the nostrils and wearing a colorful bowtie. The effect is cool. Bumping up. Message edited by author 2005-01-26 08:36:02. |
