Terrific shot, worthy of being a "sale-able" print. I love your composition, it works wonderfully to lead the eye throughout the shot bringing you directly to the ladybug. DOF is great, putting all the "focus" on your subject. I also really like the way the photo is kind of split diagonally by the dark on the bottom and the light on the top, it's very pleasing to the eye.
