Curiosityby JackoComment by brownt: Hmmm, different kind of cat shot here. Nice and clear, good details in the cats eyes.
I quite like this one, his (her) head looks bigger than I feel it should be, but this adds to the shot. Is he standing on two legs? 8 |

Curiosityby JackoComment by kiwiness: I like this one, the perspective is wonderful and meets the challenge theme head on. The B&W comes over very well and the shallow DOF emphasises the head specifically, even makes it seem larger than it should. Top photo (10) |

Curiosityby JackoComment by MrAkamai: LOL! This is one of the funniest shots in this challenge. Great use of DOF and the perspective/point-of-view is also excellent. And to top it off, it looks like the cat is standing on its own! 10 |

Curiosityby JackoComment by HRoxas: Love the angle on this one, very nice shallow dof, framing is good and works well in b/w. The highlight at the bottom right is a bit too much though. 7 |

Dietby JackoComment by tjavery: Simple, beautiful, and horrible :-) I'd had to start a diet with THAT in mind! A nice, clear photo. Perhaps a little too long in shadow, but it's a good pic. |

Samuelby JackoComment by DJLuba: I think I have officially hung out at DPC for too long, cause I know who's who in the Kid pics. Very well done. I especially liked the version of this with the Santa hat, and even wanted to copy the idea, but never got around to it over the holidays. Baby potraits don't get much better than this one. Cheers |

Dietby JackoComment by Glen King: Even out your lighting. The shadows need to be either deeper or gone entirely. |

Dietby JackoComment by flip89: That is a spare, quite elegant photograph, very fit for your new year's resolution. |
