Hiking through the valley by PanoComment by jonfrommk: Wow, there are so many landscapes in this challenge it is hard to get something that jumps off the screen slaps you round the face and demands to be studied closely, but you have achieved it in spades here. Beautiful colours and the 'backdrop' mountains have a feel of being almost artifical (but in a very good way)

Hiking through the valley by PanoComment by Jaded_Housewife: Breathtaking. this is an incredibely beautiful, colorful scene with tons of depth. the hiker almost takes away from it for me. my eye wants to keep looking at him/her as the focus of the photo especially with your title choice even though the star here is this environment. I just cant keep from looking at the hiker long enough to fully appreciate the beauty of the land. Still just incredible. I hope you do very well with this. 9 |

Hiking through the valley by PanoComment by bassbone: very surreal treatment oin this photo - almost seems like a painting rather than a photo. I like the perspective and placement of the hiker. I also like the treatment of the sky to bring out the clouds ad the shadows in the mountains. Nicely done. |

Approaching Storm by PanoComment by aerogurl: looks like Scotland.. powerful image, the sky is hovering like it intends to pound down on the buildings below. |

Newton's appleby PanoComment by Krystle: very nice shot, i like the spotlight effect on newton and his apples. the unfortunate thing about it, is that i can see the string that's holding the apple. if i may suggest, hanging the apple at an angle may have been better, as it looks set up here. great idea and processing though :) 8 |
