Straight through the heartby JudiComment by Art Roflmao: I underestimated the cliché haters. This was different than your typical water balloon bursting shot because of the dart which is captured perfectly. Great work, Judi! |

The Ring! by JudiComment by bergiekat: Lol! love the crop and the quirkiness here...and the empty beer bottle in bride's hand! FUn capture. I like how you can see the distance UNDER the bench! Great idea!!! |

The Ring! by JudiComment by CNovack: I love this unique presentation - no flowers or fruits - but an interesting slice of life told not by any facial expression but by the laid back stances of body position and of the hands. These ladies are taking a moment to relax from the frenzy of a wedding day to chat and oh and ah over the ring. The orange bridesmaids dresses really pop and is a bold vibrant color here. Love the mood, feel, and composition in this one - one of my few 9's. Oh and btw I can't help but look at the photo and wonder - "was this taken at the Wayfarer's Chapel that overlooks the ocean in Palos Verdes?" I can see the ocean and the pine trees but I don't remember a bench with metal supports being near the stone pathway (then again it has been several years since I was last there) |

The Ring! by JudiComment by De Sousa: the kind of images I would love to take.
Great composition with good rhythm, the balance between colors is almost there, great concept with a subtle and very strong message. Congrats! |

The Ring! by JudiComment by Aarthek: Very interesting, I like imagination part of this where I'm finding myself wondering which of the 4 gals doesn't really care about the ring.. Nice job, great use of the crop, lighting, focus.. |

The Ring! by JudiComment by KristinaG: Love this! Vibrant orange, and I love the symmetry in their legs.
I absolutely see why you chose to crop out their faces, and I think that was a good choice on your part. However, it is kind of odd that the viewing of the ring is so high up in the frame, it really makes my eyes want to look higher. Maybe you could have cropped at the shoulder instead, or changed the camera angle?
I don't know, its tough, I see why and I like the cropping you chose, but at the same time it bugs me.
Regardless, I still love the shot! 9 |

The Ring! by JudiComment by ThingFish: Delightful image. Why did you choose to crop out their faces? The expressions could have been priceless. Or did you go for anonymous on purpose? If so why? |
