Pretty model, and nice catchlights in her eyes! The lighting on the face is nice too! IMO, though, the expression is a little too intense to speak of innocence. I also wonder why the red shawl/scarf is used, since it does not add to the picture in any way except to give it a snapshotty look. I'd also have left more space on the top and less at the bottom, to focus more easily on the eyes.
