Beautiful - exotic - the waving skarf implies movement, her face implies stillness - the sunlight is perfect - I can imagine this as a CD cover - Musiic is definately involved here, the lines even look like sheet music. Leading lines like ths that just swirl around without destination are also effective. The point of a leading line is to lead the viewer to what what you want him to look at - your lines say "look at it all, it is all lovely - come around again for another look, did you niotice her smile? her headpiece? her soft colors? come around again, did you see how I balanced the red of her sleeve with the spot of red on her hat? around and around"
