Nice idea, but the feeling of movement doesn't really come through. I can see a few leaves moving, but they are obscured by the large number sitting still.

This is a well thought out composition and an excellent photograph. The subtle tones are showing nice detail in the shadows without blowing the highlights. The bright orange vest completely balances the dark shadows on the left and the splash of color in the reflection is superb. High marks for one of my favorites in this challenge.
