Nice tones and soft colour palette. Generally strong composition - I love how the bridge takes your eye into the frame - but the woman seems lost back there. I think bringing her closer to the foreground would separate her from the dark backround, add some weight where it is needed, and add interest.

I think the model is placed well in the photo, showing a sence of direction in which she is moving
