I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.

This is just ok for me. Not really much interest. It's a bit bland. No story, nothing out of the ordinary, no emotions, and just someone reading. Lots of dead space is ok for this shot, but as a candid I really don't like much but the tones. I need something a bit more of interest in what I like to see in a candid. I gave it a 3.

High key works well here. Good composition and leading lines in this shot. Shadows on the wall are taking away from the studying subjects IMHO.
