Fragileby Joey LawrenceComment by mycelium: god I love urban decay. What an endless source of potent imagery.
This image is strong, but I think it could be improved by bringing out the texture on the bird a bit more, something to emphasize the death and rot and the angularity of the carcass. |

Wavelengthby Joey LawrenceComment by mycelium: I guess I'm just missing something here, because I still don't get it...
if they were telephone lines I could make it make sense (wavelength of the sound being carried)... but the connection that this image has to 'wavelength' still evades me. perhaps you can help me out?
btw - thanks for commenting on my submission - I respect and value your opinion! |

Wavelengthby Joey LawrenceComment by Tammer: I like the strong silhouette against the rest of the photo. Nicely composed and it holds my interest. 7 |

exactly what we were afraid of... in fact joey and i were planning on wearing masks that we picked up from the hospital, but joey forgot his in the car lol and i took mine off after a few minutes because of all the condensation build up. the whole place reaked... it was like wet metal mixed with ammonia. |

Hierophantasiaby Joey LawrenceComment by Phil: Nicely done.
According to my books the snow and the painting sorta go hand in hand here. Seeing yourself in paintings is supposed to be an unhappy sign in your love life. Clean, pure snow (which is what I see in your picture) can represent a fresh start. If the snow is turning to ice it means you are having doubts about a lover.
Mumbo jumbo? Maybe so, but still a nice shot.
As artistic as you are, and as the old soul you seem to be, you should check into lucid dreaming.
