Requiem for a Hangoverby JJacobsonComment by strangeghost: Great idea. I looked for some similar opportunities inside a bar but never found a good one (or at least never got the nerve to take my camera inside and ask permission to shoot!). Your shot has a nice artistic feel to it. Very well done! |

Love of Stringsby JJacobsonComment by graphicfunk: Voted eralier, returning for comments.
If it were not for the nut, these strings would converge. However, your presentation does demonstrate the vp, because even if they arer not parallel, they are also subject to perspective convergence. Nice effect on the strings. Bumping to 6. |

Love of Stringsby JJacobsonComment by magicshutter: As I commented on the 'fireburst bass' shot I'll comment on this. I love music and am a lifetime musician so I love the idea. The lighting in this shot is wonderful but the blurring from high aperture disorients me. |

Love of Stringsby JJacobsonComment by photom: You have a unique take on the popular string theme. The moving strings add some nice lines. Even with the movement, I'd like to see more in focus. |

Love of Stringsby JJacobsonComment by Kavey: Lovely combination of shallow DOF and motion blur. I like the off-centred composition and the vivid red in the background. |

Love of Stringsby JJacobsonComment by joebok: The narrow DOF does interesting things to the strings - this is my favorite fretboard shot of this challenge! |
