As for the title, I get what you're trying to achieve here but the restaurant is so hidden and so off to the side that it barely feels like an element in the shot. We're also not really seeing what the restaurant is seeing, but rather the view to the side of it. Also, the foreground isn't very necessary, might have been a good idea to crop that right out, it would have been the perfect challenge to do so.
