Funny. Like the compostion. Crop is perfect allowing eyes to focus on all three elements of chest, arm, and weight. Skin tones and lighting look nice. Good luck and HNY.

I am not sure, but I think using black and white on this shot might have been a better choice. I can't explain why I feel that way (too inexperienced to communicate the reason), but when I imagine this shot in black and white, I am drawn to that imaginary version more.

judging by your arms, i think you're already using bigger weights.. either that, or i got screwed with the genetics! nice, clean, crisp shot with good tones and composition. not sure if i think that your ny resolution is the best, but who am i to judge (maybe you got injured and have been going light lately?) - great shot.
