I really like this on a technical level. In that way, it's perfect. However, for me (and it might just be me :-), the nostrils and underside of the upper lip distracts me from an otherwise really nice image. I like the way the guy's (you?) eyes show such ecstacy at the rain. I like blue color of the rain, and the skin tones are perfect.

wow look at that! Gives the image a whole crazy feel to it. I mean that is just scary especially considering you took a pretty harmless image to start! The only suggestion I have is to make the needles more visable. you're gonna give me nightmares now! ;0)
